At Jeff's request to leave for a couple of days (so he could study, not 'cause he was tired of us :)), my mom, Siri and I took a trip to San Diego. We stayed at a motel on the beach, hung out there, went to Little Italy and visited Old Town San Diego. Siri HATED the sand when she first touched it. She kept picking up sand then quickly rubbing it away from her hands. She hated when grains were stuck to her too. But, she LOVED the water. She sat waiting for waves and got super excited when the water would hit her and reced. FYI: We bought Siri a new swimsuit in anticipation of the trip. We decided that we didn't want to put our little girl in a bikini so bought a tankini. Due to Siri's size however (especially around the tummy), the tankini fits like a bikini...It was overall, a fun-filled couple of days. Here are some pictures from our trip:
